About Us
Pearce & Blackmore Opticians
Our Pentwyn practice opened in September 2012 and prior to this, we had both worked in large multiples for our entire careers.
We wanted to build a small, independent practice that would allow us to create an environment where our patients could see the same people on every visit.
Even though we have now expanded and opened our second practice, that continuity of care is still our main mission.

OPENING HOURS
Monday – 9.30am – 1.30pm
Tuesday – 9.30am – 5.00pm (Closed 1.00pm – 2.00pm)
Wednesday – 9.30am – 5.00pm (Closed 1.00pm – 2.00pm)
Thursday – 9.30am – 5.00pm (Closed 1.00pm – 2.00pm)
Friday – 9.30am – 1.30pm
We are closed on Thursdays and Fridays during school holidays and also closed on all bank holidays.
Please note – our time is divided between both practices and sometimes our working hours will need to change due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Please keep an eye on our social media for any changes to our normal opening hours.
