IMPORTANT: If you are experiencing an urgent eye problem, or if you are not yet due for your routine appointment, please do not try to book online.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ONLINE BOOKINGS:
- We have appointments available at Llanishen on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and at Pentwyn on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- You can book for either location, regardless of which one you have been to before.
- Please be aware that the Pentwyn practice does not have a car park but there is usually plenty of on street parking.
- Visitors to our Llanishen practice are welcome to use the church car park for the duration of their visit to us.
- The Pentwyn practice is within a medical centre and the whole complex is completely disabled access friendly with a parking bay for blue badge holders near the front entrance.
- IMPORTANT: When using the online system, be sure to click the “CONFIRM” button on the bottom right of the “Summary and Confirmation” page, or your appointment will not be reserved.
- All appointments reserved using the online system are checked by us and if we need further information, we will contact you – so please make sure you enter your contact details correctly, as all of the contact details you enter will replace those we hold on file for you.
- If booked correctly, you will receive a text message to the mobile number you give within about an hour. If after a few hours, you have not received a confirmation text from us, please check the SPAM folder in your text message inbox and then call or email prior to coming to your appointment to avoid a wasted journey. The lack of confirmation message sometimes indicates that an appointment has not been reserved for you.
- Please note that this service DOES NOT reschedule an existing appointment. If you wish to reschedule a previously booked appointment, you will need to call and cancel the other appointment PRIOR to booking another or the new one will not be reserved.
