IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ONLINE BOOKINGS:
- We have appointments available at Llanishen on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and at Pentwyn on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- You can book for either location, regardless of which one you have been to before.
- Please be aware that the Pentwyn practice does not have a car park but there is usually plenty of on street parking.
- Visitors to our Llanishen practice are welcome to use the church car park for the duration of their visit to us.
- The Pentwyn practice is within a medical centre and the whole complex is completely disabled access friendly with a parking bay for blue badge holders near the front entrance.
- IMPORTANT: When using the online system, be sure to click the “CONFIRM” button on the bottom right of the “Summary and Confirmation” page, or your appointment will not be reserved.
- All appointments reserved using the online system are checked by us prior to being booked. We will contact you to confirm that your appointment has been booked, or if we need further information prior to booking – so please make sure you enter your contact details correctly, as the contact details you enter will replace those we hold on file for you.
- If you have not received a confirmation text from us, please check the SPAM folder in your text message inbox and then call or email prior to coming to your appointment. The lack of confirmation message usually indicates that an appointment has not been reserved for you.
- Please note that this service DOES NOT reschedule an existing appointment. If you wish to reschedule a previously booked appointment, you will need to call and cancel the other appointment PRIOR to booking another or the new one will not be reserved.
